Gunmen shoot ex-UI VC in Ibadan

Former VC of the University of Ibadan, Prof. Olufemi Bamiro Shot

A former Vice Chancellor of the University of Ibadan, Prof. Olufemi Bamiro, was shot on Tuesday evening by gunmen in a failed kidnap attempt at Oluyole area of Ibadan.

He is currently at the University College Hospital (UCH) for treatment.
