The minister, James Ocholi as well as his wife and son died in a ghastly auto accident on his way to Abuja from Kaduna around Rijana on the Kaduna -Abuja highway.

Mr. Ocholi hailed from Kogi. Before his appointment, Ocholi was a prominent lawyer.
