A meeting organized by the leadership of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) has dissolved the Edo State executive council, led by Dan Osi Orbih.
With the dissolution of the state executive leaders, the meeting has now paved the way for the organization of the party’s ward congress for the 192 Wards in Edo State, which is expected to produce the ward delegates that will elect the party’s local government delegates later.
The local government delegates will in turn elect the state delegates that will finally pick the party’s flag-bearer for the September 10 governorship election.
