A foreigner (Oyimbo man) whose name is still unknown has been said to have dared Nigerian President, Muhammadu Buhari after beating traffic and almost caused an accident at Powerhouse junction, Asokoro, Abuja yesterday (Oct 3rd).

When the traffic officers accosted him, he had the nerve to say nothing will happen even if President Buhari were to be there.
